Refund & Credit Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all participants. Please review our refund and credit policy below:

Before the Program Start Date:
If you need to withdraw from a program prior to the start date, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit, minus a 10% administrative fee. This credit can be used toward any future program. -
After the Program Has Started:
If the program has already begun and you are unable to continue, a prorated credit will be issued for any unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee. No cash refunds will be given.
All credits will be processed through your account and can be applied toward future registrations.
